Very good mat. It is thick and will have multiple uses for me. Even used it to lay down by the pool. Very comfortable. Given my back issue I cannot do a sit up on a regular mat, but can on this thicker mat. I'm very happy with it.

Excellent quality mat, it's so easy to work out on this mat as it's wide and long enough to make me comfortable when I lie on it. I can lean my whole body weight on my elbows and not feel the floor at all so I can easily do my planks. The mat is very light and I can fold it in seconds and move it out of the way when I finish my workout. I'm very happy with this purchase and I feel greatly motivated to work out now than I felt before I had this quality mat.
